THE BOLERO BY RAVEL

 I have found a great and very complete wix presentation made by professor Arantxa Llamales on the work Bolero, by the French composer Maurice Ravel.

He encontrado una estupenda y completísima presentación wix realizada por la profesora Arantxa Llames sobre la obra Bolero, del compositor francés Maurice Ravel.

Vamos a poner a prueba a los percusionistas de la clase porque deben mantener el ostinato rítmico con un tempo invariable a lo largo de toda la interpretación. Pero también al resto de intérpretes, que debéis empezar a tocar en pp y realizar un continuo crescendo hasta el final.

We are going to put the percussionists in the class to the test because they must maintain the rhythmic ostinato with a constant tempo throughout the entire performance. But also to the rest of the performers, who must start playing on pp and perform a continuous crescendo until the end.

Esta obra es ideal para poder apreciar los distintos timbres de los instrumentos la orquesta.
